From the Guinness Book Of World
Records "Largest Parade Of Honda Motorcycles
The largest parade of Honda motorcycles took place on June 9,
1999, during the Varadero Adventure Tour of Morocco, when 118
Honda Varadero motorcycles travelled a distance of 5 km (3 miles)."
Welcome
to the sub-site of Riffster Productions.
This site is about one of my most exciting purchases, a 2004 Honda
VTX 1800C. While there are a ton of other personal VTX sites out
there offering incredible technical information, here I will try
to give you a sexy and overly graphic website, quite possibly full
of unnecessary info & media.
I purchased
this splendid bike February 21st, 2004 at a new Honda shop in
Middlefield, OH. called Just
For Fun Honda from a fellow named Scott Holzheimer. Scott
was a very patient and professional salesman, it was a pleasure
working with him. At the time a 2003 looked awefully tempting,
but I was hung up on the fact that the '04's had already removed
the tank decal and came in a hot new Candy Orange Flame paint
job. So the choice was made. I already knew what types of add-ons
I wanted so I decided to just let them do it for me. Right off
the bat, I had them install the Roadhouse
Shorty Slip-on with the competition (performance)
baffle, the Dynojet
PCIII Power Commander and a K&N
Air Filter. Later on I decided that to complete the package
I should get the Thunder
Manufacturing Teardrop Air Kit, so I did. Right now,
as far as performance parts go, I feel pretty content with the
current upgrades & modifications at least until the 240 rear-end
kits get real cheap....
Without
a doubt, one of the best places to go and learn about this excellent
motorcycle is VTXOA.com.
Before I bought my bike I snooped around this forum and found
nearly all the info I needed to make my decision to purchase the
VTX. I recommend this virtual cornucopia of knowledge to anyone.
